Blade Mount
R2.0 Upgrades! The Blade Mount now has six extrusions that interlock with the top of our F2822 motors, and four extrusions on the top that fit into the slots on our spinner bars. These take the stress off of the mounting screws because they are now only in tension instead of shear.
FingerTech's Blade Mount is the easiest way to attach a blade to a F28xx brushless outrunner motor.
• Uses four 6/32 screws to mount the blade solidly against the motor body.
• Fits over the shaft and hub of a F28xx motor. Uses three M2x12mm countersunk screws to mount solidly against the motor body.
• Four 6-32 threaded holes follow the mounting pattern for all of our spinner bars.
Material: Anodized 6061 aluminum for high strength and low weight.
Hub diameter: 29mm (1.14in)
Hub height: 12mm (0.47in) from face of motor
Blade bore: 10mm
Blade mount screws: 6-32 at 20mm (0.78") between centers. Fits all of our spinner bars.
Motor shaft diameter: 4mm (0.157in), and also fits smaller shafted motors. Can be drilled up to 10mm.
Three hole motor mount pattern: 10.4mm (0.41in) between centers.
Weight: 6.2g (0.22oz)
If you don't have three M2x12mm countersunk screws, a 6-32 setscrew or screw can be used in the threaded side-hole to press into the motor's setscrew and hold tightly. Note that our F2822 with 4mm Shaft does include these screws for you.
The new revision is fitting tighter than we intended, but a small file will make the mount fit easily into our blades.
Use threadlock on all screws. You do not want your blade coming off!

Screw hole pattern: 19.05-25.4mm (0.75-1.0in) between 6-32 screws (matches our Blade Hub and Blade Mount)
Weight: 92g (3.25oz)
Bloodsport Bar
Material: AR500 Abrasion-Resistant SteelLength: 15.24cm (6.0in) tip-to-tipBlade Thickness: 3.3mm (0.130in)Bore: 10.0mm (0.394in)Screw hole pattern: 19.05-25.4mm (0.75-1.0in) between 6-32 screws (matches FingerTech Blade Hub and Blade Mount)Weight: 75g (2.65oz)Safety:- As with anything related to combat robots, it is potentially dangerous to add a spinning weapon to a robot. Never power up the robot outside of a safety enclosure. Always use a safety lock and follow proper activation procedure. Visit our Safety Information page for more information.
Brushless Electronic Speed Controller
Operates on SimonK firmwareInput
Voltage: DC 6-12V (2-3S) (*officially rated to 4S, but we have not had good results running that high)
Current: Continuous 20A, Burst 25A up to 10sBEC: 5V, 2A
Size: 46 x 26 x 11mm (1.8 x 1.0 x 0.4in)

Motor wires: 3.5mm female bullet connectors, 70mm (2.75in) wire length.
Internal heatsink lets this ESC run at higher power for longer.
Wiring: Connect the three motor wires any way you like. If the motor is spinning backwards, swap any two wires.
Safety:
As with anything related to combat robots, it is potentially dangerous to add a spinning weapon to a robot. Never power up the robot outside of a safety enclosure. Always use a safety lock and follow proper activation procedure. Visit our Safety Information page for more information.
